Problem
A well known client’s AI model needed improvement in producing coherent, engaging content for a wide variety of use cases. The content had to adhere to strict style guidelines while being relevant and useful to the end-user, all while maintaining ethical AI standards.

Solution
I focused on creating clear, engaging content that optimized user interactions with the AI system. I synthesized information from multiple sources, transforming it into short-form and long-form responses tailored to user prompts. I also took part in reviewing and editing the model's outputs, ensuring they met the specific requirements for tone, voice, and accuracy. Additionally, I led efforts to establish ethical AI guidelines for content generation.

Outcome
During my time on this project, I produced over 1,000 pieces of high-quality content while consistently maintaining a quality score above 90%. My efforts also contributed to an overall increase in the model’s response accuracy and user satisfaction. Moreover, the presentations I delivered on ethical AI practices helped the team prioritize transparency and fairness in content generation.
