Hi, I’m Leticia.
A UX Designer and Content Strategist based in Phoenix, Arizona. T²Wire_UX (through the wire) is my brand identity - it’s an ode to an anime (Serial Experiments), AI, data, and interaction.
-
I prototype, test complex use cases, and collaborate with subject matter experts to architect seamless, journey-aligned interactions across diverse digital modalities.
-
I conduct user research and behavioral analysis to decode what users actually need, where they get stuck, and how they behave, taking the guesswork out of design by turning qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
-
I design content frameworks that optimize information architectures for both human audiences and generative search engines. By embedding performance metrics and sentiment tracking into the governance model, I ensure that content structures dynamically surface the highest-value information to users at the exact moment of intent in their journey.
-
I architect end-to-end digital experiences using JSON schemas, rich metadata, visual hierarchies, and WAI-ARIA standards to align with user mental models and ensure seamless programmatic readability. By prototyping integrated UI and content layouts, I analyze user interactions to refine structural paths, optimize generative engine discovery, and eliminate friction across the entire customer journey.
My Portfolio
Agentic AI Alignment
Role: Conversational Designer
Problem: ServiceNow’s enterprise generative AI platform faced critical deployment barriers: multi-turn context drift, ungrounded responses, and susceptibility to adversarial prompt injections. Simultaneously, an escalating taxonomy bottlenecked the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) data curation workflow, stalling feature validation and product time-to-market. The challenge required designing guardrails for user trust while optimizing internal model training pipelines.
Process: Developed gold-standard datasets, engineered adversarial guardrails, and aligned engineering teams around data taxonomies.
Outcome: Calibrated HITL evaluation UI, driving a 25% increase in cross-functional production throughput.

UX Writing for AI
Problem: Google Gemini required massive volumes of highly constrained, gold-standard human-alignment data to mitigate model regressions, safety failure modes, and edge-case behaviors in high-risk query categories.
Process: Engineered thousands of precise training data points, stress-tested model outputs for vulnerabilities, and formulated global documentation to scale ethical AI standards across international teams.
Outcome: Expanded Gemini’s safety guardrails and accelerated data pipeline training velocity by standardizing alignment and annotation workflows across global curation teams.
