Leveraging research to create intuitive and accessible products for ALL.

Hi, I’m Leticia.

A UX Researcher & Content Designer.

As a disabled woman of color, I connect deeply with the idea of technology breaking down barriers for those often overlooked by society.

Why UX?

My passion for UX ignited after watching a documentary about the Xbox Adaptive Controller, a specialized gaming controller created by Microsoft for people with physical disabilities.

As I observed a child without limbs engage in gameplay, I intuitively sensed that the controller was more than just a gaming tool; it was an experience that allowed connection and interaction with the digital world in ways the physical world often denies them.

That moment inspired me to pursue a career in UX, where I advocate for inclusive and empowering experiences for people, regardless of ability or background.
